My childhood was full of fear and self loathing- as a child I endured physical abuse that escalated to sexual abuse by the age of 12. Studying Karate, teaching self-defense and my work with self-esteem, and nutrition has helped make me the most positive person I know!Being faced with challenges I did not anticipate, I put my belief in the concept that life is all about choices to work and now live my life with an attitude to “dance like no one is watching and sing like no one is listening!” I am here to share my passion for health, wealth and self with you.
